We viewed many houses over the course of 10 hours and he kept us comfortable with snacks and drinks throughout the day. We kept a good pace with viewing and Justin pointed out minor and potentially serious issues with each property. I was thoroughly impressed with his intimate knowledge of the process of home buying, which, as first-time home buyers was essential for my wife and I. He explained each step and, when asked, offered his very balanced opinion on the directions that we could take. It also helps that Justin is an aficionado of the Rochester real estate market. His personal ties to the area make him highly knowledgeable about the pros and cons of different neighborhoods and also allow him to communicate effectively with other agents in the area. We got our dream house, and I am sure that we would not have been able to do that in this crazy competitive market without Justin's guidance and commitment. While we were able to buy our home before the COVID pandemic, I would absolutely trust Justin to get the job done had we been home-shopping during the pandemic.
